About Campio
Campio is a sports camp management platform built for camp providers, academies and individual coaches — one system for registrations, payments, digital waivers, daily check-in, coaching and parent communication.

Campio started from a practical problem: running a youth sports camp meant juggling a form builder, a payment link, a spreadsheet, a stack of paper waivers and a group chat with parents. Nothing talked to anything else, and the people doing the work were coaches, not administrators.
We built one platform where a registration carries its own payment, consent, roster place and attendance history — so the same record a parent creates at sign-up is the record a coach opens at the field on camp day.
What we build
Camp and clinic registration with capacity, age groups, price segments, discount codes, waitlists and installment payments through Stripe.
Digital liability waivers signed at registration, daily check-in and check-out, attendance statistics, parent messaging and push notifications.
Coaching tools: session planning, a drill bank and drill builder, player evaluations, development plans and 1:1 training with bookings and passes.
Who is behind Campio
Campio is built and run by The Campio Team — a small product, engineering and support group working directly with camp providers, clubs and individual coaches across youth sports.
We work with the platform in the field: setting up real camps with providers, sitting in at check-in, and rewriting the parts that slow coaches down. Our guides are written from that work and updated as the platform changes.
